I’m a Student Cosmetology Instructor here at Capitol Beauty School! I started this journey in January 2025, but my connection to Capitol goes back even further—I graduated from the cosmetology program in February 2023.

Born and raised in Omaha, I’ve always had a passion for hair and beauty. After graduating, I jumped straight into the industry, starting in a booth rental salon before eventually moving into my own suite. Being on my own has taught me so much, and I’ve taken every opportunity to grow, from advanced color and blonding classes to refining my cutting techniques. Now, I’m excited to bring that knowledge back to the students at Capitol.

What I love most about working here is the students. Every day, I look forward to seeing them because their energy and enthusiasm for learning make this job so rewarding. Watching them grow in their skills and confidence is the best part of what I do.

When I’m not at Capitol, you can usually find me hanging out with friends, shopping, or exploring new cities whenever I get the chance. I also have a mini golden doodle named Nala—she keeps me on my toes and is the best little sidekick!

I’m so excited to be part of the Capitol team and to help future cosmetologists find their own passion in this amazing industry!
