What made you decide to pursue a career in the beauty industry?

I decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry because I have always had an interest in skin care. I love helping others get ready and feel their best! I also love boosting other peoples confidence and self esteem! Grace B

I decided I wanted to pursue a career in Costmetolgy because I have always enjoyed everything beauty. When it comes to doing hair I am the friend to style and help out , I know that will be the part I will be most excited for is seeing the reaction of clients to there new hair. I am also a very social person and building relationships with clients is another reason I want to persuade things in Beauty. maisen n

What does your involvement look like in the industry now?

I have always loved playing around with makeup and experimenting with skincare. As I got older my passion for esthetics grew as I did. Joanna P

I am always super excited when my friends ask me to do their hair for them. Whether it’s for a school dance, an event, or a game I am always so willing to style their hair for them. I love making them feel beautiful and confident! rosi c

What made you decide on Capitol Beauty School?

I decided on Capitol because I was immediately greeted with kindness the moment that I walked in. I was taken care of with great intention and felt welcomed! I was very impressed with the reputation that Capitol holds within the surrounding area! Grace B

I decided I wanted to attend Capitol because they place their students as their top priority. Joanna P

The main reason I decided on Capital is from the initial tour of the building. Right when I walked in I saw how everyone looked and felt the positive vibes all around. I also know of people who have went there and had no bad things to say about there experience. maisen n

What is something that scares you, you want to overcome during school?

I am most intimidated by learning new techniques that I am not familiar with yet. Grace B

What inspires and motivates you?

I am most inspired by helping others and motivated by the new journey that is ahead of me. Grace B

At everyone salon I have been to while getting my hair done I have seen nothing but smiles from the hair stylist. I am motivated to do this to really enjoy my future career and love my job for what I do. maisen n

My family is my biggest motivation. I want to make them proud and show them I can be successful while doing something I really love. rosi c
