What made you decide to pursue a career in the beauty industry?

“Hair is armor and I want to make people feel beautiful.” Madeline

“I have always had such a big passion for skincare and really taking my time on improving my skin. Once I found out about Capitol I knew I needed to share my passion with others. I want to help make everyone feel perfect in their own skin!” Marisa

“I’ve always liked to try different hair styles on other people and i love to experiment different ways to style my hair. i’ve gotten my hair done for a few years and i love how it turns out and i want to also let my future clients walk out feeling good about there service and make them feel more confident.” Olivia

“I chose esthetics because I’ve always enjoyed skincare and self care. I would love the opportunity to make people feel confident in their own skin!” raegan

What made you decide on Capitol Beauty School?

“Chelsea is very down to earth.the place is also well kept and people there seem happy. It’s a very nice atmosphere.” Madeline

“Right when I stepped foot into Capitol everyone was so welcoming. I love how structured the program is, everything just seems so personal and I love it.” Marisa

“I have heard wonderful things about capitol and i’ve always wanted to be a part of the community. Capitol is an amazing place and everyone there is so nice and understanding.” Olivia

“I chose Capitol because while I was still in high school, I always heard amazing things and was very interested. When I toured Capitol for the first time, i immediately fell in love and knew it was the right school for me! The atmosphere and work ethic really intrigued me and im so excited to begin the journey!” raegan

What does your involvement look like in the industry now?

“I do my own and my mothers hair.” Madeline

“I have a whole skincare routine that I really take my time on. It has taken me awhile to figure out what works with my skin and what does not.” Marisa

“To this day i still try many different hairstyles. I love to practice curling my hair and styling it in updo’s and braids. i’m so excited to start my schooling at capitol and see where the next few months takes me.” Olivia

“I’ve always had a great relationship with esthetics and knew it was something I’d like to pursue. I’ve always loved skincare, makeup, and pampering myself! I’m always trying new skincare products to see what works best for my skin and I can’t wait to do the same for clients one day!” raegan

How do you plan to make an impact on people's lives when you begin school & move to the salon/spa?

“Always being there to listen and to boost their confidence with hair.” Madeline

“I plan on giving each client my all and my making sure they leave feeling beautiful. I want to make a difference in the way people view themselves.” Marisa

“I want to make sure i’m my best self around others and i want to make sure that everyone leaves my chair feeling good about themselves. I am hoping that when i get my own salon that people will continue to come back and get there hair done by me.” Olivia

“I want to make a huge change in someone’s confidence. I want them to feel pretty and comfortable in their own skin! I can’t wait to have an impact on that!” raegan

What inspires and motivates you?

“How people can go through the worst things but still be here.” Madeline

“What motivates me the most is what I want in the future. I work hard because I want my own spa one day. This is what will help motivate me while I am in school.” Marisa

“Knowing that my younger self wouldn’t have imagine me where i am now. knowing that i’ve grown so much as a person the last few years motivated me to keep going and try new things even if they fail the first time.” Olivia

“I’m a very determined person, if I want something I will work very hard to get it. One thing that really inspires me in my family. They are always by my side and cheering me on to do the things I love!” raegan

What are you looking forward to most when starting school?

“Getting to learn new things about something I’m passionate about.” Madeline

“I am looking forward to being hands on and learning everything about all the facials and waxing techniques and even lashes!!” Marisa

“netting new people and getting to know what it’s like to be behind the chair and not in it. everyone at capitol is so amazing, and i want to be able to continue the strong friendships I see on social media and in person!” Olivia

“I’m looking forward to make life long friends and pursue the career I’ve been very passionate about! I’m also excited to learn new things and skincare, makeup, etc…” raegan
