Constitution day

Constitution Day, observed annually on September 17th, commemorates the signing of the United States Constitution in 1787. This pivotal document established the framework for the American government, emphasizing principles such as separation of powers, checks and balances, and individual rights. It serves as an occasion to reflect on the Constitution's profound significance, promote civic education, and engage in discussions about its enduring impact on American society. By understanding its principles, citizens can effectively participate in democracy and uphold the fundamental values that unite the nation.

Coinciding with Constitution Day is Citizenship Day, which highlights the importance of being an active and responsible citizen.
